Good value for money for my parcel: £8 more than Royal Mail, but guaranteed delivery date (3 days) and full tracking available. It was worth the extra
Easy to use, cheaper than other companies. collected from my house, and delivered to usa very quickly. very happy will use again.
Picked up when they said they would. Delivered in USA when they said they would.
PS - go on google reviews and see that for ParcelCompare they average 2 (two) stars (out of 5) - and trustpilot they have 46% of people giving Parcelcompare 1 star.

If I could give zero stars I would. OK. So I paid for a package at 8.15am this morning - to go to Poland. They confirmed it (through DPD - btw if I had gone direct through DPD it would have cost me £16 - but via ParcelCompare it cost £20) - they took my money but I could not print off the label because there was a 'system fault' - they said to wait for an email from them.
So I waited.
And I waited.
And I waited some more.....
2 hours later still nothing........ this package HAD to go today. I tried to find out info on what was going on but their web-site was like being lost in some Kafka nightmare - there is no way to speak to anybody (no phones) and the 'chat' function - though they said it worked - didn't.
So I sent this email to customer services - saying:
"WHERE ARE MY LABELS????? HOW CAN I SEND THIS WITHOUT LABELS _ THEY ARE STILL NOT READY _ W&F IS GOING ON?????????????????????????????????????????????"
(in the original it had a 'T' where the '&' sign is - Feefo will not let you say "What The (and you know the third word is).
I got nothing back - other than a standard confirmation and a message saying they'd be back in touch 'within 4 hours' and a name of the person the case was assigned to.
So I waited - and waited.......
So I thought give it one more try and sent this:
"Why is nobody telling me what is going on? Why no emails explaining where my label is? It's now almost 4 hours since I paid for this - I have nothing to show for it. Are DPD going to try to pick this package up today? I have no idea.
I tried to cancel the order - but it won't do that either.
So I am stuck.

Can you help me?"
Guess what? NOTHING.
So after 5 hours I gave up and paid for another courier to deliver the package.
And this is the response I got from parcelCompare:

If your item has not been collected, your collection will now be cancelled and any refunds due, processed accordingly.

Your account with us will also be closed with immediate affect.
You have been suspended from our payment platforms,

Do not use these people they are cowboys.
Everything was perfect and seamless - excellent service. Pickup by UPS and delivery on the other side by DHL. All at a better than anywhere else, price.
Easy to use but i think a shorter time span for collection would be helpful.
eg..between 9-11 instead 9-5 a whole day is not too good.
Parcels picked up within the allotted time and delivered correctly what more do you need ??
Everything went smoothly with parcel compare. Only negative comment is re UPS when dropping off the parcel as per instructions with printed labels was told by the access point that also need to provide a copy of the invoice, went back with invoice, then told needed two copies of same! Each trip took me an hour so was not impressed.
Collected in Surrey on a Thursday afternoon (as notified when booking), delivered to the recipients in New Zealand on the morning of the following Monday (NZ local time). Barely four days door to door - a brilliant service!
All went to plan. Easy to book. Arrived in South Africa at the correct address and on time. Excellent service.
