A VERY EFFICIENT SERVICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID TO COLLECT PACKAGE, WHICH WAS THE DAY AFTER BOOKING. POLITE YOUNG COURIER COLLECTED. THE 25KILO PACKAGE ARRIVED IN THE USA FROM BRITAIN 2 DAYS LATER! AMAZING!

Good customer service is key and they did just that..Defintely referring them..kudos guys!
Easy to use and very competitive price. Parcel delivered safely from U.K. To Costa Rica in just two days.
They kept me informed, collected on time and was delivered to its French destination early on Tuesday morning having been collected on Friday pm
Collection was good on a Monday.
I was told documents would reach destination address on the Wednesday but they didn't arrive until 5pm on the Friday.
Everything was going well until once the parcel had been collected we received an email to say there had been a failed delivery. When we asked what was going on and showed that the tracking seemed to show it was all okay we got little more than a mere confirmation but nothing about the complete cockup
The transaction process is fairly easy, tracking my parcel is very good. I had an important document that needed to be delivered from London to the Philippines. I’m happy that it got there within 3 days as promised, but disappointed that it was delivered to the security gate and signed by the guard in the compound, rather than the actual house address. Apparently the ups delivery driver said to the guard that the letter is not important so it was left to the guards office for several hours. Just as well there is tracking of the delivery so I’m able to alert my mother that it has arrived and signed for; she then have to collect it to the guards office. This is not the service I paid for, I expected my letter to be delivered to the actual house, not to some office that still need to be collected by the recipient. Why would UPS delivery agent say that it’s not important? How does he know, he’s got no right to say such thing! I demand an explanation to this. I’m not entirely happy.
I would never buy through this useless middle man service again, go direct to the carriers and save yourself a world of grief if something goes wrong.
I have a collection that is now 5 days overdue for pickup, which is of course the underlying carrier's fault, but because I bought through a middle man I cannot deal with the carrier directly.
Instead, I have to deal with Parcelcompare, who frankly just don't care and simply tell you "we have emailed the carrier, we need to wait for a reply".
When I point out that they should apply some pressure since the pickup is already 5 days late, and we have been waiting for > 24hrs for said reply, the response from Parcelcompare was "We do not add pressure".
Totally frustrating to deal with, they took no responsibility for the fact that I bought from them and not their 3rd party supplier, this is typical of the response you will receive:
"As a broker the service provided is by the carrier and not ourselves"
To top it all off, I said I wanted to cancel since the collection had not been made and 5 days later they could still not give me an update on when it would be collected.
The call center operator point blank refused to give me a full refund in this case and directed me to a web page, where I could get a refund after paying a cancellation fee of £3.60.
Well, at least I will have the satisfaction of never giving them another penny for the lifetime of my business deliveries.
All the process was easily done and no hassle. I would recommend the services and the price was reasonable. I will use ParcelCompare’s again.
My package was picked up in the UK and delivered to Germany. Everything worked as planned.
