my parcel didn't fully track to the final destination. I only round out it arrived when the recipient phoned me several days later.

Booked a DPD courier service through Parcelcompare to send 2 parcels containing xmas presents for my son to New Zealand but when I tried to print the label it was a DPD label with Parcelcompare's UK address on it, not the destination address. They also had no customs documents for me to complete (which are required for NZ) as every other parcel company I've used before did. There was no explanation on the website of why my label had the Parcelcompare's address on it not the destination address. I could find no telephone number to try and when I emailed customer service I got an out of office reply saying there was no-one there until Monday (it was Saturday). After agonising what to do I bought another courier service from a different company and used that to send my parcels that day as I didn't feel I could risk my xmas presents getting lost/not getting to my son on time, and requested a refund from Parcelcompare based on the fact that I couldn't get any support on the day and couldn't wait till Monday in case that meant the parcels did not arrive by xmas! Parcelcompare customer support replied with a link to get a refund - then charged me £6 per parcel to refund the cost. Terrible experience, bad customer support and very unclear labels and website - I wouldn't touch these with a bargepole given there are so many other good parcel companies around.
Parcel compare very easy website to use and navigate and includes a clear break down to see what each policy covers. The company I went for dpd delivered my parcel right on time they said they would deliver was able to track my order all the way from the shop drop off to the parcel receiver. The only thing I would say is would be best a to incl vat and tac on the intial quote because has a little surprise at the end of my transaction.
Easy to use and complete! Like the labels system and the invoices going electronically it quite clever - to avoid any issues of lost paperwork. Big thumbs up!
Very disappointed with the company and the service they provide, especially, as they took two envelopes, going to the same country, so how do you then, loose one of the envelope, with after 7 days, still no envelope.
In the initial instance I had real issues with the website in that it would not accept my details or the details of the parcel recipient. Several different employees of ParcelCompare gave help and then, eventually, Kam, a female employee said she would get the technical division to have a looksee. It turned out that the apostrophe I had put in the recipient's address ...even though correct....could not be processed by the website. Removed the apostrophe and hey presto, all went through. The parcel was collected from me the next day and I received an email today from the recipient in Malta, saying it had arrived safe and sound. So very happy with this firm and would definitely recommend to anyone else ....will also use it again myself for transfers within the UK.
