For parcels that are larger than 180cm or heavier than 50kg, will not be able to collect on the same day. You will need to book a day in advance, and should be on hand to offer assistance when your courier arrives to collect.
If you require a tail lift or pallet truck, or any other special requirements, please contact our customer services team so we can arrange this in advance.

Your delivery will be made on a normal working day between 9am and 7pm. By using one of our timed delivery services, you can choose specific slots in which your delivery will arrive.
Although we offer signed-for delivery, some of our partner carriers will choose to leave a parcel in a safe place if you are not available. If you require proof of delivery, please choose our signed-for delivery upgrade.
