There's a lot to love about holidays; days off during the week, gifts and delicious food. However, if you're thinking of sending a present to someone you know in Iraq it's important to remember that public holidays also halt the collection and delivery of parcels.
So if you're planning to ship around the dates that we've gathered below, bear in mind that you will have to send a day or two early to avoid disappointment. Please also bear in mind that the weekend begins on Friday in Iraq, and deliveries are only made Sunday to Thursday.
