- We do not provide protection for any external packaging
- If your parcel is not packaged in accordance with our packaging criteria it will invalidate any claim
You cannot purchase protection for any item detailed on our prohibited items, but it is possible to purchase protection for items on our excluded items list, so long as you send us images of the packaging to approve prior to booking.
