DHL Collection & Delivery

Parcel collections occur between 9AM and 7PM, however for your convenience we do offer collection window.

If you don’t want to wait in for your eBay collection then we also offer convenient eBay drop-ship locations across the UK, so you can drop your package at any one of 20,000 UK retailers.

If you’re sending something a bit bigger than usual, we offer a specialist service for large and heavy parcel delivery. And if you need to collect goods from your buyer as they are returning their eBay item, we also offer a convenient eBay returns service.

eBay delivery

Parcel deliveries are made between 9 AM and 6 PM Monday to Friday, if you need an AM delivery please select one of our timed service options.

Couriers make between one and three delivery attempts as standard, so if you’re worried the receiver may not be home to receive the delivery we recommend selecting one of our three attempt delivery services.

We also offer a collection service, whereby the receiver can collect the goods from the local retailer. This is particularly useful for eBay shipping, where sellers often send to a buyer’s home address and can’t guarantee they will be in.

Large and bulky items

offers a specialist service for bulky items. We can ship individual items up to 1,000 kg in weight and 270 cm in length.

does not however offer a removal service, and for items over 30 kg in weight you will need to provide the driver with assistance loading their van.

Surcharges do apply for large items such as eBay furniture delivery, however all applicable surcharges are included within your quote, just please remember to enter the correct dimensions to ensure the quote is accurate.
