Courier Collection

Booking cut-off times
for same-day collection

can offer same-day pick-up from most locations as long as you book before the cut-off time

Your postcode will dictate the cut-off time for same-day courier collection in your area, this will generally be between noon and 3pm.

The simplest way to check when you can have your package collected is to use our quote form. This will allow you to quickly compare a range of collection options and tell you how long you have left to book to ensure collection that day.

Collection Time

We collect between 9am and 7pm on working weekdays as standard, but if you would rather not wait then you can choose a 'collect after' time for most areas.

If you don't want to have to wait home all day for the courier to collect, we recommend you using one of our drop off services, like UPS access points. Drop your package at thousands of shops nationwide, at a time convenient to you.

If you're planning on sending a gift for an occasion such as Christmas, bear in mind that we cannot collect or deliver on a public holiday, so make sure you book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

If the courier has not arrived to collect your parcel by 4pm, please contact us.

Arranging a collection from another location

To arrange a collection from an address which isn't yours, you need to provide the phone number and email address of the person you want us to collect from.

When you process your shipment online we will email the delivery labels directly to the shipper, so all they need to do is print off and affix the label prior to courier pickup. We will also provide them with detailed instructions on how to prepare their parcel for courier collection.


Advise your shipper to carefully review our packaging guidelines to ensure that your goods are correctly prepared for transport.

Booking an international collection

offers same-day collection from most locations worldwide, simply enter a collection address in our quote generator and we'll tell you the earliest time we can pick up your parcel.

As with UK collection, all you have to do is provide a contact phone number and email address for the person we're collecting from and we will send them everything they need to prepare their package for shipping.


  1. Be sure to double check your package's dimensions with the person who is shipping it for you, as if you enter them incorrectly you may be charged more than the quoted price for delivery.
  2. Check with your nominated shipper to ensure that they have received all shipping labels and instructions before collection is due.

Missed Collections

Most pickups fail due to the shipper not being available when the courier arrives, however other common issues include the courier not been able to find the pickup point, or being delayed in heavy traffic.


If your package hasn't arrived by 4pm call our UK-based customer support and we will chase it up for you. If you're outside the UK, then call the courier directly in your country.

You can re-book a collection or change the collection date by entering your shipment number in our tracking page, then choosing the option to 'change collection date'.

Delivery labels and shipping paperwork

will produce all the paperwork you need for your shipment, all you need to do is print the barcoded labels and any customs invoices and affix them to your packages before they are collected by our courier.

Customs invoices

If your package is travelling outside the EU then we will generate the customs invoices for you from the information you provide when booking, so be sure to be thorough and accurate with goods descriptions and values. If your parcel is travelling via our Haverhill sortation centre you won't receive customs invoices to print, as we'll do that at our centre, for your convenience.

Attaching the shipping label

The courier will normally be able to provide a “documents enclosed” envelope to assist with this, however if they are not able to do so, we recommend fixing using clear packaging tape, ensuring you don't cover any of the barcodes. Place a spare copy inside the box.


  1. Handwrite your shipping number on your box - this helps the courier if the label becomes detached.
  2. Remove all labels if you're using an old box.
  3. Review our packaging guidelines before packing your parcel.

Courier Delivery

Deliveries are made on working weekdays between 9am and 7pm, and you can see if your package is out for delivery using our tracking tool.

Because we only work with the best UK delivery companies, the majority of
services include three delivery attempts as standard.
The services that do not include three delivery attempts are:

Try to ensure somebody is at the delivery address to receive your parcel. If the courier misses you for any reason most of our carriers offer three delivery attempts as standard. The following services do not include three delivery attempts:

UPS UK Parcel Delivery

For single parcels under 20 kg shipped to the UK, UPS only makes one delivery attempt. If delivery fails, they will drop your package at an Access Point (usually a nearby shop) and leave a card notifying you of its location.

DPD Economy EU Delivery

If DPD are unable to deliver a package sent to the EU on their first attempt they will store it at their nearest depot or drop it to a local shop". You will then have five days to collect your parcel before it is returned to the shipper.

Keep up-to-date with tracking alerts

For your convenience can keep you and your recipients informed by email if any delays occur with your delivery.

To use our notification service, remember to enter the email address of the receiver when booking your shipment online.

Our tracking alerts will also let you know what you need to do if a delay has occurred. With you can trust you're in safe hands, it's all part of the service.

Delivery Tracking

With you can track your parcel from the point of collection right through to delivery, with real-time tracking updates every step of the way.

What's more, if there are any issues or problems with your delivery we will email you and the receiver to let you know. Our UK-based customer services team will be on hand to help you get your parcel moving again.


  1. Track your shipment regularly, especially on the day your package is due for delivery, and contact us if it is not flagged as 'out for delivery'.
  2. Wherever possible provide us with an email and phone number for the receiver, so we can keep them informed should a delay arise.
  3. When shipping outside the UK advise the receiver to contact the delivering courier directly in their local country should they need to rearrange delivery.

Large and Heavy Parcel Delivery

are specialists in oversized item delivery, including pallet delivery and air freight. We can ship bulky items up to 1,000kg, or 270cm in length, including pallets and packaging.

You need to book large and heavy deliveries 24 hours in advance and let us know if you require a pallet truck for loading. Our driver will need assistance with heavy items in both collection and delivery.
