When you book a shipment with , we will collect your parcel on the same day from most locations in both Greece and the UK. If you're not available for a collection, you can make use of a local drop-off points to leave your package at your convenience.

Unless you've chosen to use one of our timed delivery services, we won't be able to tell you a time range when your parcel will be delivered. All we can tell you is that your package will arrive between 9am and 7pm on normal working days. Delivery won't be made on weekends or public holidays.
If you're not available to take delivery of your goods, you can send to a nearby drop-off point. You can then collect your parcel at your convenience, and drop-off points are often open outside of normal working hours.

Packaging your Parcel
Shipping to Greece may not be the sort of epic tale that goes down in Greek mythology, but your package will change hands multiple times on its journey. It's important to keep your goods well packaged to make sure that they arrive in great condition.
When packing your goods, there are three key points to keep in mind:
1. GET A STURDY BOX
Make sure to get a new box. Older boxes could burst or be crushed in transit, or be concealing other weaknesses. For parcels that weigh more than 10kg in particular, make sure to use a new, double-corrugated box for the best protection.
2. PACK THE CONTENTS
Start by wrapping each item individually with bubble wrap or other wrapping materials. Place your items in the box and surround with packaging peanuts or other packaging goods. They should be snugly supported, and shouldn't move when the box is shaken.
3. SEAL IT UP
Proper packaging tape can help support your box's weak points. Wrap in the shape of a Union Flag three times, paying special attention to seals and corners. Attach labels to your box so that the barcode and all info is easily visible.
