However, shipments worth less than $20 will clear customs without having to pay fees. Any parcels worth more than that will have fees attached before they are cleared.

We can collect your parcel on the same day from most locations across the UK and Jamaica, however if you’re sending something big, like a barrel, weighing over 50kg in weight, or longer than 180cm, we will require 24 hours’ advance warning and you will also need to provide your courier with assistance in loading the parcel when he collects it.

Deliveries in Jamaica are made on working days between 9am and 7pm. Most couriers make three delivery attempts as standard, before your package is returned.

Delivery to remote areas can come with a surcharge, which will be added when you tell us the address.

To make sure that your parcel arrives in one piece, there are three key things that you should keep in mind while packaging it :
A new box offers the best protection for whatever you’re shipping. When considering size, remember that you’re going to need to fit packaging layers in with your goods (see step 2). If the contents weigh more than 10kg we recommend a double-lined box.
Every item you put in should be individually wrapped, then surrounded by packaging material to suspend it in your box at least 6cm from the inside edges. Once you’ve filled your box shake it, nothing should move or rattle.
Be generous with your parcel tape – wrap your package around three times in each direction to create a Union Jack flag-style pattern. All corners and joins should be covered. Attach your shipping labels carefully and ensure they’re the only labels visible on your package.
