Only documents are exempt from duties and taxes when entering Kuwait, all other shipments will have these charges applied to them, calculated based on the estimated value of your goods. The receiver of your parcel must pay these fees in order to have your shipment cleared, does not handle this money at any point.

Book early enough and we will collect on the same day from throughout the UK. If you have a bit more time and flexibility, consider using a UPS Access Point. This saves you both time and money, allowing you to drop off your package at a nearby shop, or other business, for a cheaper rate than collection from your door.
If you’re sending something heavier than 50kg, or longer than 180cm, you need to book a day in advance, in order for us to ensure we have space on our van. Should you need a pallet truck to load the item then let us know when you book.
We work when you work, so your delivery will arrive between 9am and 7pm on working weekdays. If you are sending to someone who doesn’t have all day to wait for their parcel you can book one of our timed delivery slots, which guarantees that your package will arrive before a specific time.
As with collection, if you need special equipment to help unload your parcel then let us know when you book. For bulky or oversized items, you will need to provide assistance to our driver in loading and unloading.
We ship thousands of parcels every day, and to ensure we know where each one is we scan their barcodes whenever they arrive or leave anywhere. Some couriers will only tell you once your package has reached its destination, lets you see every scan as it happens, so you always know where your shipment is, and where it’s going next.

Before you slap your stuff into a shoe box and stick a label on it, follow our three-step guide to proper packaging.
Tempting as it is to see if your local supermarket are chucking out any used boxes, these will have already been subjected to pressure and knocks, weakening them for future use. A new box will see you proud.
The more packaging material, the better. Using a cushioning product, such as bubble wrap, encase all of your items individually. Then line your box and place your items in so that they’re held in place and at least 6cm from the box edges.
Your final line of defense is parcel tape. Stick around your box three times in a Union Flag pattern, covering all seals and corners. You should now be confident that if you dropped your package from waist-height nothing would break.
There are two lists that you need to consider before shipping your goods – ’s list of prohibited goods across our entire courier network, and the Kuwaiti Customs list of prohibited and restricted items. One thing to note is that any products originating from Israel will not be allowed into Kuwait, so make sure you know where your goods come from.
