If you book your shipment early enough, can collect your parcel before the end of the day from addresses throughout both Indonesia and the UK. This is not the case when you’re shipping large or bulky goods, which must be booked a day in advance.
You will also need to be on hand for collection large and heavy packages, as you may need to assist your courier in loading or unloading shipments.

Packaging your Parcel
It’s not unusual for a parcel to take a few bumps or knocks while it is carried across the world, but more than 97% of all parcels are delivered without an issue. To make sure that yours is one of those, make sure to properly package your goods.
There are three main steps when it comes to packing your goods:
1. GET A STURDY BOX
Make sure to use a new, strong box – a used box may appear sturdy, but could have weakness to that could lead to your box bursting or being crushed in transit. For goods that weigh more than 10kg, we suggest a double corrugated box.
2. PACK THE CONTENTS
You should wrap each item individually in bubble wrap before placing them in your box. Use packaging materials to surround your goods – make sure that they are not touching any part of your box. Be generous with your bubble wrap.
3. SEAL IT UP
Use plenty of packing tape – wrap your box around three times in a Union Flag pattern. This supports your weak points, like corners and seals. Once you have done so, apply your shipping labels so that all information is clearly visible.

Can I send food to Indonesia?
You can. Food is a popular shipment and sends hundreds of food shipments a month – though there are some extra rules to keep in mind. Most importantly, make sure that no food goods are perishable – and all parts are store bought.
Who applies customs charges?
Customs charges are applied by the Indonesian customs team, who will clear your parcel. This is a part of the shipping process that has no control over.
Are there goods I can’t ship to Indonesia?
