Collection & Delivery

Courier collection and delivery graphics

Courier Collection

If you’re sending from the UK to Pakistan we can pick-up your package on the day that you book, provided you place your order in time. If your parcel is heavier than 50kg, or bigger than 180cm, then we’re going to need 24 hours’ notice.

With larger or heavier packages, you need to provide help for our delivery driver to load it onto the van. If you think you will need equipment, like a pallet truck or tail-lift, then tell our customer services beforehand and we’ll arrange it for you.

Pakistan Delivery

We will deliver your package in Pakistan between 9am and 7pm on a working weekday. As with collection, if you think special equipment will be required to help the receiver unload your shipment then let us know in advance.

Often our couriers will ask for a signature on delivery, but not always. If you want to guarantee a signed receipt of delivery, then you can add the ‘signature required’ upgrade when you book. Take note of our calendar of national holidays in Pakistan when we don’t deliver.

Packaging your Parcel to Pakistan

Before you hand over your package to our courier you should be confident that you have packaged it well enough to survive delivery to Pakistan. All international postage comes with some inevitable knocks and bumps along the way and unless your goods are properly protected they could get damaged, or even spill out of their container.

Fortunately, you only need to remember three things when packaging your parcel:

1.THE BOX

The box is the protective shell which holds your whole parcel together, so don’t scrimp on getting a brand new one. If your items weigh more than 10kg you will want to get a double-lined box for added stability.

2. THE PACKAGING

Everything that goes into your box should be wrapped individually, then suspended in packaging materials, so that there is at least 6cm between all objects and the box edges. Make sure nothing can move inside the box, then everything should be cushioned from even the hardest knocks.

3. THE SEAL

Wrap parcel tape three times around your package so that it forms a Union Jack flag pattern on the top. This will cover and strengthen all joins and corners. Remove any old shipping labels and make sure your new labels are firmly secured and readable.
