Customs when sending to Pakistan
When importing into Pakistan, everything that passes through customs is subject to duties and taxes, regardless of its value. These fees are dependent on the value of the shipment, and are simple to pay. The only exception to this are document shipments. Parcelcompare’s system automatically generates the relevant customs forms to make it easy to get your parcels through safe and sound.
In order to make sure that there are no problems in clearing customs, make sure to properly fill out those customs forms – declaring your goods properly is key.

With larger or heavier packages, you need to provide help for our delivery driver to load it onto the van. If you think you will need equipment, like a pallet truck or tail-lift, then tell our customer services beforehand and we’ll arrange it for you.

We will deliver your package in Pakistan between 9am and 7pm on a working weekday. As with collection, if you think special equipment will be required to help the receiver unload your shipment then let us know in advance.
Often our couriers will ask for a signature on delivery, but not always. If you want to guarantee a signed receipt of delivery, then you can add the ‘signature required’ upgrade when you book. Take note of our calendar of national holidays in Pakistan when we don’t deliver.
